Competition from several established vendors was the biggest challenge for our client. Despite having a vast range of high-quality products, the client was losing a significant volume of expected sales to the competition.

Product titles and descriptions on the e-store were stuffed with keywords and the bullet points were missing the point. Besides, the product descriptions were neither informative nor engaging.
