Competition from several established vendors was the biggest challenge for our client. Despite having a vast range of high-quality products, the client was losing a significant volume of expected sales to the competition.

  • Inefficient, Unimpressive Product Content

  • Product titles and descriptions on the e-store were stuffed with keywords and the bullet points were missing the point. Besides, the product descriptions were neither informative nor engaging. As expected, SEO elements were nowhere in the entire product content. The content lacked the storytelling that was required to convince potential customers.

  • Poor Product Photos

  • When it comes to communicating the features of a product, product photos matter a lot. The product photos uploaded on the client’s online store were inconsistent and featured low quality.
